Shipping and Handling Costs: Because we like you already, we're eating most of shipping and handling costs, and just charging a flat $5 (five dollar bill, y'all) fee. Yay! As we get going, all shipments will go UPS ground or USPS regular mail. Soon though, we'll get our expedited delivery services up, so if you must have it tomorrow, we'll be able to get it to you tomorrow. For now, however, patience remains a virtue, and most orders should be received within 5 days.
Returns: So, I know you're all about 'no judgment' here at OOC, but I bought this shirt and have since decided it's not for me. Nothing personal, but I'd like to send it back.
Thank you for getting that (and the t-shirt) off your chest. We appreciate and respect your opinion, as always, and are happy to take back any merchandise you don't like for a full refund, so long as it's returned within 45 days of purchase in new condition. Not unreasonable, right? Simply fill out the form that came with your stuff, and be sure to add the reason for your return. After all, your thoughts make us better. Oh, and we hate to say it but you'll be responsible for the shipping and handling costs associated with the return. We admire your truth, but unfortunately truth-admiring doesn't (yet) pay the bills. Thanks for understanding.
Exchanges: I like the shirt, but it doesn't quite fit the beautiful body my time spent on OOC has helped me to love. What now?
Exchange it! We want you to feel good in your OOC tee. There is one small piece of bad news, though. While we don't want to, we're going to have to charge you a $5 handling fee, because we've yet to convince the fine folks at our warehouse to work for free (And hey, this was on us the first time, right?). So there's one extra step for exchanges. First, you need to email us at TalkToUs@OffOurChests.com, so we can give you an Exchange # that authorizes us to charge your card the $5 fee. Simply fill out the form that came with your stuff, incude the Exchange # (there's a space for it on the form) and be sure to specify your desired size. We'll ship the new item free of charge, and if it's so wildly popular that we've run out, we'll either issue you an OOC store credit or offer you a refund for the full price of the shirt. Not too bad, right?
Buzzkills: I wore the shirt, washed it, and then had a change of heart about it. My bad! Can I still send it back?
You're sweet…but no. We need the goods in their original condition so that some other truth-speaker can love-them-like-new once they've been returned.

Through our partners and friends at First Book (www.firstbook.org), we're distributing brand new StoryBooks, books that we think are consistent with the Off OUr Chests philosophy of Chestism, to young, underprivileged girls. First Book has distrtibuted almost 100 million books to underserved kids, communities ans schools over the past 20 years.
